Saw this strange bicycle-elliptical-trainer hybrid on Dean Karnazes’ blog on Runners World. He’s riding one of these things 500 miles from San Francisco to the LA Marathon, and is working for company ElliptiGO, though he blogs, “I am not a paid endorser.
