TechCrunch has a good summary of what's been released of Technorati's State of the Blogosphere report.  Great interactive charts help summarize the data.  So far we've learned that if you have more than 100,000 unique visitors a month you should be able to make 75K a year.  And that if you blog a lot, you'll get a lot of readers.  And it takes a lot of time to do that. . .

I'd also have to figure, based on experience with both audience building and ad sales, that the content niche and audience and advertiser interest in it, is also going to play a key role in this posty-quanity, audience-size, monetization equation.

All of which may seem self-evident, but it's still good info.  Here's a link to the whole report on Technorati.
