Terrorists or fishermen? In Bejar, Spain, police arrested three men who had stolen 6.4 kilos of gelatin dynamite. Police were worried because that explosive is often used by the Basque separatist group ETA. The men, however, claimed they intended to use some of the dynamite for fishing and sell the rest to other anglers.
